The location of the accommodation is fantastic, with the beach only a short 10-minute walk away. There are also convenient local shops, cafes, and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with extra blankets provided. the information notice left in the room was helpful for getting to know the area. the presence of a kitchenette with all the necessary amenities was a great convenience.
The blinds in the bathroom and bedroom did not effectively block out the outside light, resulting in a disturbance during the early morning hours.

The location was mind-blowing, with easy access to the spectacular Minnis Bay and the Birchington railway station, making traveling along the coast a breeze. The accommodation was super well thought out and the secure parking was a jaw-dropping bonus. The little finishing touches like shampoo, tea bags, and coffee added an extra level of comfort. The hosts were incredibly friendly and explained everything upon arrival, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended! I had a fantastic stay at this beach retreat. The location was ideal, as it was just a short walk away from the beach and local shops, cafes, and restaurants. The studio flat was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette that had everything I needed. The shower was excellent, providing a lovely hot water with good pressure. The host, Gareth, was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was okay throughout my stay. It was also great to have off-road parking, which was especially important for me due to my mobility difficulties. the hotel facilities, cleanliness, parking, and the hospitality of the staff were top-notch.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
